Scope of Services Overview of Project The City of Santa Ana (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms and organizations (Proposers) to conduct a city-wide classification and compensation study. See EXHIBIT I for complete Scope of Services. The term "Vendor", "Proposer", "Firm", "Consultants", and "Contractor" shall refer to any legal entity or entities submitting a proposal in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP). The bidder is solely responsible for "on time" submission of their electronic bid. The City will only consider bids that have been transmitted successfully and have been issued an e-bid confirmation number with a time stamp from the Bid Management System indicating that bid was submitted successfully. Transmission of bids by any other means will not be accepted. Bidder shall be solely responsible for informing itself with respect to the proper utilization of the bid management system, for ensuring the capability of their computer system to upload the required documents, and for the stability of their internet service. All questions must be submitted in writing through this site by 4:00 PM on or before June 27, 2024. A written response will be provided via Online email notification. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in any bid. Questions of an operational nature may be directed to the City's Purchasing office at (714) 647-5466.Neither the City, nor Online, makes any guarantee as to the timely availability of assistance, or assurance that any given problem will be resolved by the bid submission deadline.
