Remodeling and renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Santa Ana, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a fitness / recreation center; and for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Reconfiguration of both existing men/women restrooms to 4 single use occupancy restrooms with toilet; one restroom to be ADA compliant, provide hand-washing station at exterior of facility, and provide ADA compliance for overall interior restroom. Work includes removing exterior privacy CMU wall at both existing mens and women restroom entrance, ceiling, slope, plumbing and electrical improvements. Interior work: Repair and renovation of existing interior multiple occupancy Womens & Mens restrooms facilities and modify to single occupant restrooms to comply with ADA accessibility standards. a. Removal of selected walls and providing new wood framing furred walls. b. Structure is limited to replacement of headers at door openings and ceiling joists framing and replacement of chase wall with new cmu wall at restrooms only. c. New epoxy floor finish. d. paint finish at restrooms. e. Replacement of plumbing fixtures and toilet accessories with new type. f. Replacement of existing and new LED light fixtures in restrooms. g. New doors, door frame, and door hardware. h. New door signs and wall signs.
