No. 42-15-01-06-7-041-002 Bids are requested for the following Prime Contract: - General Work Work consists selective demolition, asbestos removal, cast in place concrete, concrete polishing, cast underlayment, unit masonry, reinforced concrete unit masonry, structural steel framing, steel decking, structural cold formed metal framing, metal fabrications, metal stairs, pipe railing, rough carpentry, architectural wood casework, thermal insulation, self-adhering sheet weather resistive barriers, metal composite material wall panels, modular metal wall panels, ultra-high performance concrete panels, metal soffit panels, cladding sub grit system, fiber reinforced cementitious panels, tpo roofing, intumescent fire protection, fire stopping, joint sealant, expansion joint cover assemblies, hollow metal doors and frames, flush wood doors, fiberglass doors and frames, access doors and frames, coiling counter doors, overhead coiling doors, sectional doors, aluminum framed entrances and storefronts, glazed aluminum curtain walls, fire resistive framed glazed assemblies, aluminum windows, security windows, unit skylights, door hardware glazing, louvers, louvered equipment enclosures, floor prep, gypsum board assemblies, non-structural metal framing, tiling, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, base and accessories, refinishing of terrazzo, resinous matrix terrazzo flooring, fluid-applied flooring, tile carpeting, wall coverings, sprayed acoustical insulation, exterior painting, interior painting and transparent finishing, visual display units, display cases, signage, plastic toilet compartments, cubicle curtains and track, folding panel partitions, toilet bath and laundry accessories, metal lockers, fire protection specialties, residential appliances, operable partition safety system, window shades, manufactured wood casework, countertops, entrance floor mats and frames. Verbal inquiries will not be accepted. Pre-bid questions will no longer be accepted after June 3, 2024. All questions warranting response shall be addressed by addendum to all plan holders.
