Renovation of a residential development in Salina, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Location: Eastgate IRA 7332 Eastgate Circle Liverpool, NY 13090 Strip Existing Roof, Install New. Install New 5" gutters with 4" downspouts. Five sheets of matching decking to be included in bid. The vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to scope of work and architectural drawings if supplied. SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: A. The scope of this work necessary including ALL labor and material, equipment and services to complete the work herein specified at various locations throughout the Central New York Developmental Services county areas. B. All work and materials shall conform to the 2020 New York State Residential Building code with the exceptions to the following. 1. Staples and aluminum nails are not allowed. 2. Open valleys are not permitted. 3. Valley linings shall be specialty underlayment complying with ASTM D 1970 and at least 36" wide centered in valley. 4. R905.2.7.1, an ice barrier shall only consist of a self-adhering polymer bitumen sheet and extend to a point at least 36" inside the exterior wall line of the building. 5. Installation or materials specified in scope exceed code requirements. C. NO ASBESTOS CONTAINING PRODUCTS OR MATERIALS MAY BE USED.
