Demolition, remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility; for the demolition of a military facility; and for the renovation of a military facility.
This NAVFAC SW Task Order includes comprehensive visual inspection, replacement of existing door components as determined by prior investigations, preventative maintenance / testing service, and training for each Vertical Lift Fabric Door (VLFD) system. Scope to include wire rope cable replacements, and installation of level sensors. A comprehensive visual inspection report and an inspection, service, and testing report must be provided as part of the scope of work, to include before/after photographs, a description of each performed task and inspected / serviced component. The project duration is 260 days and is Prevailing Wage. There are 5 CLIN's for Pricing Purposes, please review the Bid Form. Trades required: Office Trailer, Portable Restrooms, Temporary Fencing, HAZMAT Testing, Abatement, Hangar Doors & Electrical. Contractors shall email all inquiries and RFIs to Jacie Fukada at jacie.s.fukada.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 2:00 P.M. H.S.T. on Thursday, 20 June 2024.
