Scope of Work: The Epsom Select Board is seeking proposals for Cleaning Services for the Epsom Police Station Twice a Month Vacuum all floor mats and carpets. Vacuum or sweep all tile flooring and mop. Spot clean all walls, doorframes, and switch plates (up to 6 ).Clean glass on all entrance doors (interior and exterior). Clean and sanitize bathroom fixtures. Clean and sanitize kitchen fixtures and counters. Dust and clean moldings, ledges, sills, partitions, shelves, and doorframes (up to 6) and remove any cobwebs. Terms of Contract: The contract will be valid for one (1) year with the option to renew for the following year. The contract can be terminated with thirty (30) day notice from either party and notice of termination must be in writing.
