Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Worth, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Notice is hereby given to potential Bidders that the Worth Park District will be receiving sealed bids for 2024 Homerding Park OSLAD Improvements Bid Package 1A-Site Work Construction. The work consists of demolition and removals, site grading, storm drainage, concrete flatwork, foundations and curbing, asphalt path stone base installation, playground installation and site furnishings installation for the renovation of Homerding Park. All bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond or bank cashier's check payable to the Worth Park District for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid as provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No proposals or bids will be considered unless accompanied by such bond or check. If a bid is accepted, a performance and payment bond, payable to the Worth Park District, for not less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract amount will be required prior to beginning construction, such bond shall include the provision guaranteeing the faithful performance of the Prevailing Wage Act. The Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formality or technicality in any Proposal in the interest of the Park District.
