Catoosa County Board of Commissioners is seeking sealed written proposals from qualified vendors to replace and install a new HVAC Building Automation/Control System for our Catoosa County Colonnade located at 264 Catoosa Circle, Ringgold, GA 30736. The document labeled 2024-05 Colonnade HVAC Control System Scope of Work Document provides detailed information to which the vendor must conform to. Bids received after said time will not be accepted. The envelope shall state "RFP-2024-05 Colonnade HVAC Control System" to prevent accidental opening. Bids shall be identified on the exterior of the sealed envelope with all the information required by law, including the name of the project and the Respondent's name, address and license number, expiration date and classification (as applicable). Provide and install a Honeywell Webs N4 system which includes: o (1) Honeywell JACE-N-ADV-133-H-C o (1) Honeywell- IOD-16UIO-S-S o (1) SMA-5YR- License Agreement o (5) AHU Controllers- PUB6438SR o (31) VAV Controllers- WEB-VA75M24NM o (31) Wall Modules- TR40 Series o (36) Temperature Duct Sensors- C7041B2005/U o Build programming to operate the building HVAC equipment with energy efficiency in mind. o Build custom mechanical floor plans that will include floors, walls, duct work, and equipment locations. o Build animated equipment graphics for monitoring and control. o Build and install requested schedules, histories and alarms. o Build and install alarm and user pages. o Set up email and text notification as requested. o Install the customer provided static IP and email server addresses. o Provide unlimited training of the Control System. o Provide (4) Control Maintenance Checks. To be performed (4) times during the first year A. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and service necessary for a complete and operating Temperature Control System (TCS) and Facility Management system (FMCS), utilizing Direct Digital Controls as shown on the drawings and as described herein. Drawings are diagrammatic only. B. The Owner shall be the named license holder of all software associated with any and all incremental work on the project(s). All station and platform passwords will be owned by and provided to Catoosa County. C. Install a Honeywell Webs N4 system to accommodate the installation of the new (31) Honeywell VAV Controllers and (5) AHU's Honeywell Webs N4 JACE Building Automation System to have the following Honeywell parts installed: o (1) Honeywell JACE-N-ADV-133-H-C (5-year warranty) o (1) Honeywell- IOD-16UIO-S-S (1-year warranty) o (1) SMA-5YR- License Agreement o (5) AHU Controllers- PUB6438SR (1-year warranty) o (31) VAV Controllers- WEB-VA75M24NM (1-year warranty) o (31) Wall Modules- TR40 Series (1-year warranty) o (36) Temperature Duct Sensors- C7041B2005/U (1-year warranty) D. Provide Unlimited owner training after system installation. Along with (1) year quarterly controls PM of the building automation system. E. Provide (1) year web and /or phone tech support for the new building automation system. F. Provide proposal Pricing good for (30) days. G. Provide (1) hour response time for control services H. All Floor plan and equipment graphics to be three dimensional. I. Contractor required having on staff (Two) Webs N4 certified Programmers. J. Contractor to provide (1) year warranty on work performed.
