Reference Number 0000355360 This Request for Proposals concerns the disposal of municipal solid waste (MSW) and (C&D) from the Agency's Facilities located at 999 Flatbush Road, Kingston, New York and 1 Clearwater Road, New Paltz, New York (referred to as the "Agency Sites"). The Proposer must have the permitted authority and capacity to receive and dispose of the Agency's tons of MSW/C&D from the Agency's Sites to the proposer's disposal site. The Agency requires sufficient MSW and C&D disposal services to ensure compliance with its NYSDEC Permit. The Proposer shall be paid a per ton price. The per ton price shall include all expenses of the Proposer in providing the services.
