As of this time, it is unknown if project will be rebid or not. 2024 Remington Park B-fields Batting Cage The Prime Bidder shall be a GA certified building contractor and subcontractors to be GA licensed & will furnish all materials, labor, equipment & perform all work required to complete the project. This project consists of construction of a covered batting cage with accessories. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the Bid. If awarded the Contract, bidder will submit separate Payment & Performance Bond each for 100% of the Contract amount. The City of Thomasville, GA reserves the right to reject any & all bids, to waive informalities, to re-advertise, &/or to award the contract in the best interest of the City. This project is asphalt striping and pavement marking and does not require a licensed utility contractor to submit a bid. However, there may be portions of the project that by law requires a licensed utility contractor. Grading, staking and all site pre work for new 36' x 90' concrete slab with 27' x 10' patio.
New Concrete slab 6" thick with continuous perimeter footer and 10 concrete piers for new columns. All Concrete to be 3000 PSI with Fiber.
Metal Building material and labor: 36' x 90' as provided to your attention. Includes exterior gutter and downspouts, color TBD
Includes 2 (each) batting cages #42 Nylon 70'L x 15' W x 13'H with retractable pulley system for building maintenance and serviceability. This will allow easy access to electrical lighting fixtures and devices. Includes all accessories and installation.
Includes 2 (each) soft toss hitting areas with nets. (#42 Nylon, sock screens)
Includes 2 (each), 7'-5" Aluminum benches with backrest.
Electrical rough in and distribution: 8 (each) LED halo light fixtures, 10 each convenience outlets mounted on Exterior columns and 1 Exterior switch. All exterior receptacles are to
have weatherproof covers.
Includes Exterior turf. 3200SF GT34 with Foam Pad or equal.
All Drawings will be signed and sealed.
All building permit fees are included.
No painting of any steel.
