Palmyra Road, Canfield, Ohio 44406, Project Number: 230420. 2. Owner: Mahoning County Career & Technical Center - Board of Education, 7300 N. Palmyra Road, Canfield, Ohio 44406. B. Summary of Work: 1. The "Phase 2" Work consists of the construction of a 39,304 S.F. building addition to the main MCCTC facility (34,604 S.F. consisting of a "modified" Pre-Engineered Metal Building, or P.E.M.B., and 4,700 S.F. as conventional masonry bearing wall and lightgage metal trusses with P.E.M.B. roof/fascia/soffit/gutter system).
