The Scope of work includes replacing an L.E.S. Inc Boiler. Project Details: Replace 1 L.E.S. Inc Boiler Model HW-1450, Dual Fuel (Natural Gas and Bio-Gas) Seeking a firetube boiler, minimum of 40 HP, preferably a 60 HP. Lockout/Tagout boiler for safety. Disconnect all electrical, control wiring, heat piping, gas piping, and vent piping from old boiler. Remove and dispose of old boiler. Set new boiler in place. Connect all piping and wiring to new boiler. Start boiler and ensure proper operation, including alarming to on site SCADA system.
