Contractor shall Remove and Replace one (1) Existing Lime Slurry Pump with new Seepex Standard Progressive Cavity Lime Slurry Pump with Block Design, Model BN 10-12, with 10 USGPM conveying capacity 160 lb.ft flooded suction, 40 psi pressure, 84rpm speed, mounted horizontally, or approved equal, this item includes all labor, materials, equipment, removal of existing lime slurry pump, disposal, wiring, electrical, piping, flanges, fittings, reducers, baseplate, fasteners, etc. to provide the owner with a complete operating system with a maximum removal and replacement lime slurry pump system down time of 5 days Contractor shall Remove and Replace one (1) Existing Level One Primary Sludge Transfer Pump with new Seepex Standard Progressive Cavity Primary Sludge Transfer Pump with Block Design and Seepex Smart Conveying Technology, Model BN 70-12S, with 250 USGPM conveying capacity 720 lb.ft flooded suction, 100 psi pressure, 337rpm speed, mounted horizontally, or approved equal, this item includes all labor, materials, equipment, removal of existing sludge transfer pump & piping, disposal, wiring, electrical, piping, flanges, fittings, etc. to provide the owner with a complete operating system with a maximum removal and replacement Level 1 Primary Sludge Transfer Pump System down time of 5 days A properly completed Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check in a sum not less than five (5) percent of the proposed amount of the proposal submitted, shall accompany each proposal as security for acceptance of the Contract by the lowest qualified bidder All inquiries shall be directed to C.E.
