Biosolids Management Services. Question Deadline 06/20/2024 at 2:00 PM PT Online Q&A Yes Rancho California Water District (District), on behalf of the Santa Rosa Regional Resources Authority (SRRRA) The work in general will require the Contractor to accept, transport, and process biosolids offsite for beneficial use, or disposal as a last resort, that meet all federal, state, and local regulations for the removal, transportation, and beneficial reuse of biosolids ranging from 300 to 750 wet tons per month with a max peak of 900 wet tons in any given month due to unexpected operational conditions. The Contractor will be required to drop off empty and pick up full contractor furnished trailers and transport the biosolids to the contractor's offsite permitted composting facility or landfill for processing. Services shall be required Monday - Friday, however, may be more and is dependent on operational needs. On average, the District produces approximately 20-24 wet tons of biosolids per day (one full trailer).
