The Town of Greenwich Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Department of Parks and Recreation, is seeking proposals from qualified firms for Creative Landscape Design Services, as outlined in the Scope of Work section of this RFP. This Request for Proposal intends to establish a Service Agreement Contract with one (1) or more Contractors who will, upon request, provide the Town with the services, labor, and supplies described in the Specifications of this RFP. There is no guarantee as to the amount of services, labor, or supplies that the Town may purchase during the term of the Service Agreement Contract. Each single project performed under this contract shall not exceed $35,000. The Service Agreement Contract will have an initial term of one (1) year. In addition, four (4) optional years may be engaged through the mutual consent of both parties on an annual basis. At the request of the Town, the Contractor shall provide quotations for required services, based on the pricing structure. No Bids/proposals Will Be Accepted After the Date and Time Specified Above.
