Pennsylvania Ave, Independence, KS 67301 Questions or access Contact Scott Patton - 620.205.7527 This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to contract a professional security camera installation company to install security cameras in Riverside Park and the City Skate Park The Independence City Park, also known as Riverside Park, consists of a large open area, with varying topography, tree canopy, and various buildings and structures. The area experiences frequent vandalism. To mitigate this issue, the City of Independence is seeking proposals to install security cameras in high traffic areas and vandalism hotspots. The City of Independence is requesting a proposal for the installation of surveillance cameras listed in the attachment. The contractor shall provide and pay for all materials, labor, tools, equipment, clean site, and transportation of every nature and all other services and facilities of every nature whatsoever, necessary to execute, complete and deliver the work within the specified time. All supplies and materials shall be new. Any electrical or utility work shall be compliant with Independence city code and must be done by a licensed and insured contractor. Estimates should be itemized by location. The successful bidder must understand that depending on cost, the project may need to be completed in phases to fit within budget constraints.
