Rural Municipality of Caron No. 162 is inviting tenders to increase the potable water storage at the Hamlet of Caron Waterworks, located at Lot 7 Block 5 Plan D 3296, (Ernfold Street) Caron, Saskatchewan. The work is estimated to include: o Off-Load the new 10,000-gallon fiberglass tank acquired by the Owner from FRP Mocoat, o Installation of the new 10,000-gallon fiberglass tank supplied by the Owner, o Supply and installation of an estimated 300 cubic meters of pea gravel, o Supply and installation of the 100 mm Sch. 10 stainless steel screened "goose-neck" vent, o Supply and installation of piping modifications to both existing tanks, including addition of flanged fiberglass piping and piping inside the existing tanks. o Supply and installation of 32 meters of 100 mm DR17 HDPE pipe, o Supply and installation of ten (10) 100 mm AWWA C515 gate valves, and valve boxes o Supply and installation of 8 cubic meters compacted 19 mm base gravel, o Supply and installation of 87 square meters 50 mm Styrofoam insulation, o Supply and installation of 50 mm and 100 mm schedule 80 PVC pipe and fittings inside the pumphouse building, o Supply of Required Spare Parts noted on the drawings (M-6), o Removal of excess fill to the designated area at the RM of Caron transfer station.
