Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Caron, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
CONSTRUCTION OF A SHORT SPAN BRIDGE on Highway No. 735 over Unnamed Creek approximately 0.85km west of its intersection with Highway No. 627. The new precast concrete bridge will consist of one 12m span at 8.5m wide. The work shall consist of embankments and miscellaneous backfills constructed with excavated materials to the lines, grades, and dimensions shown on the plans, or as designated by the Engineer. Miscellaneous backfills will include backfill for the culvert excavations, subcuts, existing dugouts, disposal pits, and bridges. The lowest tenders may not necessarily be accepted and the Municipality reserves the right to reject any and all tenders.
