Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Ephrata, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a 180,000-square-foot, two-story above grade, 512-bed detention facility; for site work for a detention facility; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The project consists of construction of an approximately 180,000 s.f., 512 bed new jail including jail administrative support spaces. Also included is a new, two-story Sheriffs office, evidence building and K9 training building. No mandatory pre-bid. The GC/ CM: and Owner reserve the: right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities on the bids received. Deadline for questions prior to bid is June 26, 2024 at 3:00 pm.
