Princeton reserves the right to request additional documentation to support the authority of the person executing the bid to do so on behalf of the bidder. Prices shall include all materials, equipment, tools, labor, permits, licenses, and work necessary and incidental thereto. All expenses involved with the preparation and submission of proposals or any work in connection therewith shall be borne by the bidder. The provisions of N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 12:60-2A.1 et seq., Wages on Public Works, as determined by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, are applicable to this contract. All provisions of these statutes and amendments thereto shall be considered part of these Bid Documents and made a part thereof. The project must be substantially completed By August 23, 2024. Segments to be completed by this date are noted on the Drawings. Cleaning and televising all trunk lines must be completed by September 20, 2024. The entire project must be completed by October 4, 2024. This project provides for the sewer rehabilitation of select areas within Princeton. The principal items of work consist of the following: Cleaning and CCTV inspection of active sanitary sewer trunk lines; and other related miscellaneous work. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check or bid bond of an amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid, but not to exceed $20,000.00, payable to Princeton.
