The State of Connecticut Judicial Branch, Purchasing Services Office is requesting quotations for repairs to a parking garage located at 15 School Street, Rockville, CT in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications, project manual and drawings contained herein. The scope of work bid under the specifications contained herein shall, in general, consist of the major items required to complete the work. Minor work and work incidental to or arising from any part of this specification may not be listed herein but shall be performed under this contract as may be necessary for the full completion of this project. 2. SUMMARY OF WORK: The Contractor shall, at minimum, provide the following: Repair/recoat of epoxy overlay over inverted tee beams; Shear connector repair; Miscellaneous vertical/overhead concrete repair; Tee/control/construction/cove joint repair throughout roof level; Sealing of lifting pocket cover; Wet-sealing of tower windows; Repair/re-pointing of masonry; Miscellaneous metal repair within the stair; Please refer to the specifications, manual and drawings for more detailed information regarding this project. After award of the contract, adjustments in pricing will not be permitted based on job conditions, hours of work, materials used, or other factors. Pricing must be firm and fixed for the entire, completed project. Bidders must hold a current certification by the Department of Administrative Services (DAS), Business Set-Aside Unit as a Small or Minority-Owned Business Enterprise in order to be eligible to bid on this project.
