The Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, transportation, and specified materials/supplies necessary to complete the replacment of two (2) underground water system control valves, one (1) 4" backflow preventer assembly, two (2) electric heaters, two (2) roof penetration boots, one (1) propane shut-off valve, one (1) electric incinerating toilet, and one (1) 3/4 " PEX water line (approximatly 3" in length). The contractor is also responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, transportation, and specified materials/supplies necessary to complete the following new improvements. One (1) French Drain (21'L x 2'W x 2.5'D) and associated underground 4" drainage culvert (approximatly 65 L.F.), one (1) 120v, 15 amp circuit with quadplex outlet installed on existing steel lookout tower (intended outlet location is approximatly 100' above ground level) The Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, transportation, and specified materials/supplies necessary to complete the repair/replacement of the existing 4" sanitary sewer at Big Springs Work Center (Bid Items #9 and #9A). The intent of this contract is to either clear the blocked sewer line using non-destrictive methods or to completely replace the blocked section of sewer (damaged sections of sewer line shall not be left in-place without adaquate repair to fully restore integrity of sewer pipe). Contractor will be responsible for investigating the nature of the blockage, and determining the appropriate course of action to bring the blocked sewer into full working order. If the sewer pipe is found to be physically compromised, then replacment of the compromised section will be requiered. Only one of the two bid items, #9 and #9A will be paid. Contractor is responsible for coordinating with COR during the process to elect which bid item will be necessary for successful repair of the sanitary sewer Questions must be submitted by July 3, 2024 by 3:00 pm (Mountain Daylight) MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT : Between $25,000 and $100,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
