The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit and select contractor(s) to provide contract janitorial services for certain City facilities to include Public safety, Court House, Community Center, Youth Center, Cultural center Public Works breakroom, Wastewater office. Under the direction of the Parks and Recreation Department, the selected contractor would serve in the described capacity During the evaluation process, the City reserves the right, where it may serve the City's best interest, to request additional information or clarification from the proposers. The City reserves the right to waive any irregularity, informality or error in any proposal or in the RFP process, or to reject any proposal, which does not comply with this RFP. At the discretion of the City, firms submitting proposals may be requested to make oral presentations as part of the evaluation Process. Withdrawal of proposals shall not be permitted for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
