This is a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) construction project to install new Building 8 Fire Alarm Replacement and demolition of the existing Building 8 fire alarm. The project includes the complete design services to provide a new, addressable, combined fire alarm & mass notification system integrated in to currently installed AES Intellinet Radio reporting system, complying with and designed in accordance with UFC 3-600-01 and UFC 4-021-01. It also includes demolition of the old Building 7 fire alarm. The new Building 7 fire alarm is currently under construction. This procurement has one (1) option bid item. The first option bid item is CLIN 0002 for the modification/obtainment of the ATO. (Authority to Operate) 1645507, N4008524R2717, 1724905 Pursuant to FAR 36.204(f), the following is provided: The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Failure to provide the names of the attendees by the indicated deadline will result in access being denied. Any person that is not on the list for site visit will not be granted access. Responses for RFIs submitted after the cut-off are not guaranteed, however every effort will be made to respond to those RFIs. Do not submit the same inquiry more than once.
