This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued by the Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) Department of Facilities and Maintenance Services (DFMS) to refresh the existing pavement markings and painted playground areas of the Browning Elementary School playground. The original installation was sponsored by the Milwaukee Bucks and Johnson Controls. The markings are not being changed; therefore the scope of services will require painting over the original utilizing the same colors. All Quotes in excess of $10,000 must include the cost of a one hundred (100%) percent Performance and Payment Bond as security for the completion of all work and for the payment of all persons performing labor and furnishing materials. The successful bidder will receive the appropriate bond forms at the time of issuance of a Service Order to proceed, and the completed forms must be returned within ten (10) days of receipt. No work may proceed until the completed bond forms are returned and failure to submit the bonds will result in non-payment.
