Reference Number 0000355575 Sun Valley Riverfront Park - General Contracting Services. Please review the Scope and Requirements in the Solicitation Documents. Location: Sun Valley People Center 2617 Holden Pl. Denver, CO 80204 The Project is located within the Sun Valley neighborhood in the City and County of Denver, as outlined below and further depicted in this RFP. The Project area is generally between 11th Avenue on the north, 9th Avenue on the south, Alcott Street on the west and the S. Platte River on the east. Offerors should note that while most of the Sun Valley redevelopment infrastructure has been completed, the Alcott Street portion has not. It is anticipated that the construction of Alcott Street will take place concurrent with Project construction, and as such, the successful offeror will be required to coordinate access and schedules where the two projects align. The Selected Contractor will oversee the implementation and completion of the Project as outlined in this RFP. The Selected Contractor, in cooperation with the design team, will be required to perform and provide all construction activities including, but not limited to, the labor and resources to complete all necessary due diligence, pre-construction, inspections, subcontractor oversight, permitting, project supervision, and other duties necessary to successfully permit, construct, and complete the project in accordance with the construction documents and applicable federal, state, and local codes and requirements. After 10 working days, all unclaimed deposits will be forfeited. No refunds will be allowed for additional purchased solicitation documents.
