The following preface outlines the project scope of work and requirements associated with the replacement of existing Make-up Air Units (MAU) and associated Condensing Units (CU) for the Tivoli Building located at the Auraria Higher Education Center (AHEC). Scope of work includes electrical and mechanical demolition of the existing MAU and corresponding CU and replacement with new equipment at same location(s). The design documents consist of a base bid package as well as (2) alternate bid line items, not all work indicated in design documents is to be completed at this time.
