Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Draper, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Draper City is seeking competitive proposals from qualified, licensed contractors to repair and resurface two double tennis courts, including all appurtenance, at the Steep Mountain Park, located at 351 E. Steep Mountain Dr. and at the Smith Fields Park, located at 251 E. 13400 S. Scope of Work a. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, hardware, cleanup, mobilization, and incidentals required for the project. b. The contractor shall take measures to protect existing improvements and shall replace any damaged improvements that become damaged due to the contractors negligence. c. The contractor will be responsible to maintain at all times a safe and clear work site. d. The contractor will be responsible to protect and secure work sites, equipment, and materials. Any damage or vandalism to contractors equipment or material will be the sole responsibility of the contractor.
