This Request for Proposal is for a one-time cleaning of 32 houses varying in size. Proposals for a portion of the homes will also be considered. The project is a one-time cleaning of 32 houses varying in size. The project has 5-4-bedroom houses, 12-3-bedroom houses, 7-2-bedroom houses, 1-1-bedroom house, 7-1-bedroom apartments. Cleaning includes but is not limited to cleaning cupboards, windows, vent covers, ceiling fans, baseboards, walls, doors, under and behind stove and refrigerator, oven, under and behind furniture including couches and beds, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Contracting: Contract will commence after July 15, 2024. The successful proposer will be notified the week July 8-12, 2024. Unselected proposers will be notified after the successful bidder has been selected. The Red Cliff Band reserves the right to select the proposal deemed to best meet the requirements of the Tribe, which may not necessarily be the lowest-cost proposal. The Red Cliff Tribal Council reserves the right to reject any or all proposals at any time during the bid evaluation process.
