All items are to be completed in a satisfactory workmanlike manner complying with local code requirements, accepted construction practices, manufacturer's recommendations for product use and/or installation of materials and Project Specifications. Contractor is responsible for furnishing and installing all hardware necessary to complete the work. Any damages or alterations to adjacent properties, public roadways and sidewalks, parking areas and/or utilities not intended for repair/replacement, or not included in the project scope, during construction will be restored or replaced to as near original condition at no additional cost to the County of Elk (County) or Millstone Township (Township) If the Contractor identifies potential building code issues or safety concerns not otherwise addressed in the Project Specifications or displacement/movement of the structure prior to or during construction they are responsible for notifying the County Planning Department (Planning) and Project Engineer (Engineer) immediately for further review Federal Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates will apply and shall be reflected in the Bid; all associated taxes shall be included with the Contractor's bid Project shall be completed within 90 days of contract award. A one (1) year maintenance agreement for all work completed will be required on the Project. In submitting this bid, the Bidder understands that the right is reserved by the County of Elk and Millstone Township Board of Supervisors to reject any and all Bids. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed, telegraphed, or delivered to the undersigned within forty-five (45) days after opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before this Bid is withdrawn, the undersigned agrees to execute and deliver an agreement in the prescribed form and furnish the required performance and payment bonds with ten (10) days after the Agreement is presented for signature
