The Scope of Work includes (but is not limited to) Clearing, Grading, Erosion Control, Utilities, Concrete Flat Work, Asphalt Paving, Landscaping, Fencing, Construction of Restroom, Concession, Pavilion, and Maintenance Buildings, Installation of Turf Fields, Field Lighting, Basketball, Tennis, and Pickleball Courts. Jackson County (Owner) requests Proposals from Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) firms for the construction of New Kings Bridge Road Park. Upon completion of a review of proposals received, the Owner anticipates awarding a contract for pre-construction services, and, at the Owner's discretion, a subsequent contract for construction. All submittals shall contain four (4) hard copies and one (1) electronic PDF on a storage device containing all information requested. The Owner reserves the right to: 1. Refuse any or all submittals received. 2. Cancel or modify this RFP at any time. 3. Reject any and all submittals or responses at any time. 4.
