The New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority (NJSEA) is seeking bids for a contractor experienced in cooling tower rehabilitation for the Meadowlands Arena Cooling Tower. The location is the New Jersey Sports & Exposition Authority NJSEA Meadowlands Arena and will comprise of the rehabilitation of the existing Cooling Tower. The term of this contract is for a one hundred and eighty (180) day period. All firms who attend the bid walk must submit all questions and concerns by Friday, June 28, 2024 at 12:00 PM. Such proof must be submitted concurrently with the bid. NJSEA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and, so far as permitted by law, to waive any irregularity or informality with respect to any bid. The NJSEA further reserves the right to make such investigations as it deems necessary as to the qualifications of any and all firms submitting bids. In the event that all bids are rejected, the NJSEA reserves the right to re-solicit bids.
