Project involves the installation of a temporary PFAS treatment facility that will contain pressure filters housed in a trailer, and modifications to existing process piping and building to accommodate the temporary PFAS treatment facility. All Work is included in a single prime contract. Bid proposals from Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women Business Enterprises (WBE) are encouraged. A Bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to Village of Pewaukee at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to Village of Pewaukee equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to Village of Pewaukee as liquidated damages. Prevailing wage rates for all trades and occupations involved in the Work shall be in accordance with the Prevailing Wage Rate Determination issued by the U.S. Department of Labor for this Project.
