Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Hustisford, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The work for which bids are asked includes the following approximate quantities: A new salt shed building (2,400 S.F.) and foundation; 1,200 S.Y. aggregate base installation; 3,000 S.Y. of asphalt pavement; site restoration; as well as all related work including unclassified excavation, erosion control, etc No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project. The minimum wages to be paid on the project shall be in accordance with the wage rate scale established by local wage rates. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
