Budget is $7-10M The project consists of the installation of6 No. 210' deep replaceable deep wellanode beds, 14 No. 375' deep traditional deep well anode beds, 5 No. 335' deeptraditional deep well anode beds as well assupporting utilities including cabling, conduit, underwater welding, and civil works Selection will be based upon the following Price 50% Reputation of contractor 20% Past experience with Port 20% Schedule 10% The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept anybids deemed advantageous. Thisis a one-step procurement process *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. SCOPE OF WORK A. The Work shall consist of the following: 1.Dock 1 a. Six (6) replaceable deep well anode beds. b. All associated work for the anode beds, including but not limited to conduit, cable, accessories, and concrete demolition and replacement. c. Fabrication, coating, and installation of steel protective structures. d. Inspection & replacement of underwater bond connections to the bulkhead wall. e. Inspection and repair or replacement (if needed) of underwater bond connections to the bulkhead wall. f. Installation of test point bars on the dock face. 2.Dock 3 a. Five (5) deep well anode beds. b. All associated work for the anode beds, including but not limited to conduit, cable, accessories, and concrete demo and repair. c. Overhead cable and conduit installation inside of Shed 3 3.Dock 5 a. Five (5) deep well anode beds. b. All associated work for the anode beds, including but not limited to conduit, cable, accessories, and concrete demo and replacement. c. Installation of provisions for future deep well anode bed. d. Overhead cable and conduit installation inside of Shed 5 e. Directional drill for conduit installation. f. Repair & replacement of bond cables and connections under the Dock 5 extension. g. Inspection and repair or replacement (if needed) of underwater bond connections to the bulkhead wall. h. Fabrication, coating, and installation of various protective structures. 4.Dock 7 a. Nine (9) deep well anode beds. b. All associated work for the anode beds, including but not limited to conduit, cable, accessories, and concrete demo and repair. c. Removal and splicing of existing CP cables. d. New conduit and cable runs along the dock face and inside the utility tunnel (confined space work area). e. Installation of test point bars on the dock face. f. Shop upgrade of an existing rectifier. g. Fabrication, coating, and installation of various steel assemblies, including new bond connections to underwater steel bulkhead.
