Freeport Baseball and Softball Field Dugout Roofing Replacements The City of Freeport is Accepting Sealed Proposals for the replacement of the dugout roofing structures at the Freeport Riverside Park (214 Skinner Street) and Stephen F. Austin Park (1300 North Avenue M). The Proposal should also include acost for the replacement of the structures and engineering if larger than 50ft.
