Renovation of a municipal facility in Freeport, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Award: Rosehill Roofing and Restoration in the amount of $2,979,591.29 Base Bid o Repair major damages to Port facilities due to Hurricane Beryl. Repairs include re-roofs, replacing damaged translucent panels with metal siding, gutter repairs, and roll-up door replacements. Additive Alternate #1 o Replace undamaged translucent panels on Transit Sheds 1, 1A, 2, and 5. Additive Alternate #2 o Repair major damages to Transit Shed 3from Hurricane Beryl. Repairs include re-roof and gutter repairs. The Owner reserves the right to reject anyor all bids or to accept any bids deemed advantageous. The work to be accomplished under the provisions of these Bid Documents consists of furnishing all materials, machinery, equipment, labor and supervision for the "Hurricane Beryl Repairs" as described in the Drawings and Specifications. In general terms the successful contractor shall: A. Procure all materials and equipment to provide a complete and quality installation. B. Provide labor, transport and logistical support for successful completion. Question Deadline 10/08/2024 BIDDERS DESIRING FURTHER INFORMATION, OR FURTHER INTERPRETATION OF THE DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS, MUST MAKE REQUEST FOR SUCH INFORMATION IN WRITING TO THE OWNER, PRIOR TO 7 DAYS BEFORE THE BID OPENING.
