With governance provided by a Board of Directors composed of municipal elected officials as well as community and tenant representatives, OCH is an independent non- profit corporation that is owned by the City of Ottawa. The housing portfolio consists of townhouses, low rise and high-rise apartments, and some single-family homes. For more information visit our website at http://www.och-lco.ca. The head office of OCH is located at 39 Auriga Drive, Ottawa, Ontario housing the office of the Chief Executive Officer as well as a number of functions, including Community Development, Asset Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Corporate Services, and a Call Centre.
