To secure a Consultant to provide Thorhild County with a valuable resource and point of reference that can assist with future planning and initiatives with respect to the Ski Hill. It is likely that a significant investment will be required to sustain this facility due to the cost of replacing aging equipment, facilities and amenities. The proponent will provide an analysis of the facility's capacity to meet the present and anticipated future demands of recreation in the area. This study will provide Thorhild County with the physical condition and life expectancy of the current infrastructure and buildings. It is to include possibilities for yearround operations. The Study should show funding required to sustain the physical integrity of the asset and requirements for year-round operations. Several building and apparatus inspections have occurred since 2018 with some repairs and maintenance having been completed. A concise report on the condition of the buildings and apparatus will be required.
