Project comprises general construction for paving section of Lateral B-1 Ditch between Airline Drive and US Hwy 80 in Bossier City, LA. The work includes siltation removal from existing paved structures, excavation, embankment, ditch paving, headwall and box culvert construction, storm drainage, fencing, utilitye preservtion/protection, and seeding and fertilization. All items per plans, project manual and specifications to begin Feb. 1, 2025. The successful bidder will agree to commence work under this contract on or before a date to be specified in the Notice to Proceed and fully complete the project within Three Hundred Seventy (370) Calendar days. Bidder will pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $1,500.00 for each consecutive day thereafter. This project is set to have a delayed start date to February 1, 2025.
