SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide a LOX System to include leased equipment and purchase price for liquid oxygen supply. The project shall include all services, supplies, materials, equipment, and labor for the installation of a LOX System that will supply oxygen to the FBO System. In addition, the City is requesting bids for LOX chemical purchases. The total liquid oxygen requirement is anticipated to be between 1,650 and 2,310 tons per year. Question Submission Deadline: June 24, 2024, 5:00pm Question Response Deadline: June 26, 2024, 5:00pm The term of this Agreement will commence on the date of the execution of this Agreement by the City and will terminate after five (5) years. Upon satisfactory performance by the Contractor, the City may authorize renewal of this Agreement for not more than five (5) additional twelve (12) month periods. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part and to waive informalities.
