The City of Norfolk is seeking responsible vendors to provide non-emergency, tree maintenance services according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation. The full solicitation can be found under the Attachments section. The City seeks to establish agreements for the performance of general tree maintenance and removal services to reduce risk to public safety, provide clearance for vehicles and pedestrians, and maintain or improve the overall health and structure of trees on City property. Services shall be on an as-needed basis, for up to a five (5) year period. Question Deadline 06/28/2024 at 5:00 PM ET All questions relating to this solicitation shall be submitted through electronically. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part and to waive informalities.
