SCOPE OF WORK: ("Work") for the Project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision for construction of a single story 1,800 square foot CMU bus wash building, additional paving for the bus fleet yard and electrical infrastructure for electric fleet charging systems, and performance of such additional and incidental work as called for by the Specifications and Contract Documents. The project will take place at SMART's existing facility and daily operations will continue throughout construction. The estimated Project cost range is $4 to 4.5 million.
