Planned expenditures for local parks is estimated at $5.8 million over the six-year period, and another $6 million is planned for building improvements. Additionally, around $1.2 million is planned for equipment and vehicles over the six-year period. Projects planned for the 2024-2025 fiscal year include: Watermain replacement along US-10 at a cost of just over $1 million to be paid for through grant funding and the water fund; Gravity sewer replacements in fiscal year 2026-2027 and in fiscal year 2027-2028 at an estimated cost of just over $3.2 million; ----------------------------------------------- The Osceola Township (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Utility pot holing via vacuum extraction for purposes of determining water service and main material types, as well as verification of material type at the water service connection inside the homes and businesses for a random sampling of water service throughout the Osceola Township service area. Also includes asphalt, concrete, and landscape restoration of disturbed areas. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Bid Bond or certified check payable to Owner shall be in an amount no less than 5% of the maximum bid as a guarantee, that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance and Payment Bonds, and Insurance Certification, as required by the Contract Documents within (10) days after the Notice of Award. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Document note : Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying a $50.00 non-refundable handling fee for each set of contract documents. Alternatively, bidding documents are available as portable document format [PDF] files for a non-refundable charge of $25.00. Make deposit checks for Bidding Documents payable to U.P.
