Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Logan, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project generally includes the installation and construction of concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, and driveway; a paved parking lot; crusher fines surface trails; a modular elevated boardwalk trail; a fishing pond; a nature play area; one yurt foundation platform; one yurt foundation platform with restroom; a restroom and pavilion structure; fencing; earthwork; landscape planting; and landscape irrigation. The project also includes installing water service for the restrooms, connecting sewer service for the restrooms, and connecting electrical service for amenities. Bid security, which must be on the Bid Bond form provided with the Construction Documents or on approved Bid Bond documents provided by the Bonding Agency, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, made payable to Stokes Nature Center, shall accompany the bid. A certified or cashier's check may be used for the bid bond. Stokes Nature Center reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formality or technicality in any bid.
