Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Framingham, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a 130,000-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Request for Qualifications for Construction Management Services, for TRC - Framingham Justice Center, Framingham, MA. This Project is a modern multi-court judicial center containing 120,000 to 130,000 SF that will house facilities for the District Court, Juvenile Court, Housing Court and Probate and Family Court in downtown Framingham. A full range of support functions will be accommodated, including mediation spaces, jury assembly and deliberation rooms, attorney-client spaces, office spaces, court clinicians and support functions, transaction areas, public and staff accommodations and a Court Service Center. It is the intention of this Project to produce a Massachusetts LEED Plus certifiable facility. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. *Please note that Request for Proposal documents are available only to prequalified Construction Management firms, but a public component of this page has been created so a list of submitting firms may be viewed after the deadline.*
