Framingham Housing Authority (Fha), the Awarding Authority, Invites Written Quotes From Contractors for on-call Carpentry Services for the Fha in Framingham, Ma, in Accordance With the Documents Herein. A 50% Payment Bond is Required if the Contract is Over $25,000.00. All Quotes Are Subject to Applicable Bidding Laws Including, but Not Limited to, M.g.l. C.149 &&44a - H, M.g.l. C.30, and Applicable Federal Procurement Laws. To the Extent There Are Inconsistencies Between State and Federal Procurement Laws, the More Stringent Standard Will Be Followed for Purposes of This Request for Quotes. The Contract Shall Be for a Period of One (1) Year, With an Option to Renew for One (1) Additional Year, at the Full Discretion of the Fha. The Estimated Value of This Contract is $25,000.00 Per Year. The Contract is Not to Exceed $50,000.00 in Total. All Questions and Requests for Interpretation Must Be Submitted in Writing to Wscanlan@framha.org by No Later Than 2:00 P.m. On Wednesday, August 21, 2024. Questions and Requests for Interpretation May Be Responded to via Addendum, as Determined by the Owner.
