Request for Qualifications for Nine (9) Trade Contractor Packages for Masonry; Miscellaneous and Ornamental Iron; Waterproofing, Dampproofing and Caulking; Roofing and Flashing; Elevators, FireProtection Sprinkler System; Plumbing; HVAC; Electrical for TRC - Framingham Justice Center. This Project is for a new 120,000 to 130,000 GSF courthouse to provide modern facilities for the District Court, Juvenile Court, Housing Court and the Probate and Family Court. Trade Contractor Statement of Qualifications Forms from interested Trade Contractors are sought for the following Nine (9) categories of work: Masonry ($8,050,000); Miscellaneous & Ornamental Iron($2,025,000); Waterproofing, Dampproofing & Caulking ($1,915,000); Roofing & Flashing ($2,325,000); Elevators ($802,000); Fire Protection Sprinkler System ($1,100,000); Plumbing ($2,350,000); HVAC ($15,350,000); Electrical ($13,150,000). Only prequalified firms will be permitted to submit bids for the categories of work in which they were prequalified. The Construction Manager is Dimeo Construction Co.
