As of September 3, 2024, the GC bid was awarded to The Associated Construction Company out of Hartford, CT, who will be using Elm Electric for the electrical sub-bidder. Demolition of existing equipment and sludge loading structure. Construction of a new sludge loading garage. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
