Renovation of a fire / police facility in Reading, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The project consists of grinding the existing floor to remove existing paint, preparing and painting the noted floor areas at 221 Catherine Street, Shillington, PA. the Proposal for the Floor Resurfacing at Fire Company shall be accompanied by a Proposal Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bond, Certificate of Insurance and Workmens Compensation Act Affidavit in a sum not less than 100% of the total contract amount, All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to ENGINEER All Proposals shall be effective for sixty (60) days and the project must be completed within ninety (90) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. Borough of Shillington reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals or portions thereof and to delete projects and/or portions of projects based upon budget constraints.
